Divided Government plays "Hardball"

There is an uptick in divided government discussion this week, in both MSM and in the blogosphere. A lot of it is being driven by book tours, with Stephen Slivinski ("Buck Wild") and Norman Ornstein ("Broken Branch"), both out with new books and both advocates of divided govenment.
